OVERVIEW:

Wayfarers Za'atar Spice Blend will keep any explorers adventure going with its mixture of sumac, sesame seed and herbs used throughout the Middle East and the Mediterranean. Za'atar is a zesty, sour, nutty spice blend that is absolutely delicious because also, its earthy, savory flavors literally go with just about everything. Globetrot this spice blend and sprinkle it on vegetables, salads, soups, meats or kebabs. Whip it into butter, ricotta, hummus or sour cream for a tangy spread and dips. Wayfarers Za'atar Spice Blend is commonly paired with Olive Oil to make a gadabout bread dip!
