Their flavor is delicate but strong so a little goes a long way. Fenugreek seeds are perfect for baked goods, confectionaries, imitation maple syrups, curry powders, pastes, soups, daals, and teas.
Fenugreek seeds have a healthy nutritional profile which may have benefits for testosterone levels, blood sugar, breastfeeding and more. They contain a good amount of fiber and minerals such as iron and magnesium. Traditionally, it was made into teas to help encourage breastmilk production in breastfeeding mothers and support digestion.
