It is completely unfermented, it contains a slightly herbal aftertaste, less sweet than Red Rooibos. Hearty tea that produces a soft golden color with an amber hue, and warm scent. Considerably higher in anti-oxidants, trace minerals, and nutrients, when compared to traditional Rooibos. Caffeine free.
