Mung beans sprouting seeds should be soaked for 4 to 8 hours and will sprout in 2 to 5 days. They need to be thoroughly rinsed with cool, clean water 2 to 4 times per day and then drain as much water as possible. Refrigerate your sprouts after their final rinse.
