OVERVIEW:
A beautiful filet of fresh Alaska salmon or halibut deserves to be cooked to perfection. And whether it was actually caught out of the sea, a river or a lake, this hand-blended mix of spices complement the flavor of any fish without overpowering it. The lemon pepper and cilantro in this blend provide a wonderfully bright, citrus forward flavor to make your seafood dishes really shine, especially shrimp, salmon, and scallops. Add some to chowder, steamed shellfish or stews. For added flavor, generously apply rub to lightly oiled seafood 15-30 minutes prior to cooking, then sautee, grill or roast. This blend is also delicious used on white meats, pasta, and vegetables.
