OVERVIEW:
Add an international exotic flair to your cooking with our custom "In House" Garam Masala blend. This highly aromatic blend is a general purpose Indian seasoning. Garam Masala means "warm spice," and our blend will impart a deep, warm, savory, and earthy flavor. Garam Masala is as prominent as curry but has a far deeper flavor with the sweet notes of cinnamon and the light airiness of coriander. We suggest that you use this blend at the end of cooking to maintain aroma and draw out the flavor of your ingredients.
Traditionally, Garam Masala is used to add flavor to Indian dahl, kormas, samosas, tandoori, curries and tikka masala to name a few. We suggest you use a dash to add warmth and a hint of sweetness to chicken, fish, soups, vegetables, rice pilaf, yogurt, and potatoes. Garam Masala will enhance any of the savory dishes you regularly cook.
