Eleuthero is a relative of ginseng but considered less potent. It is mildly pungent, slightly bitter, with a light earthy flavor. Eleuthero root is energetically warm and best known as being a premier adaptogenic herb that enhances the body’s natural ability to adapt to stress.

Eleuthero’s benefits also include supporting mental endurance and metabolic efficiency. You can use dried eleuthero root most commonly as a blended tea.
