OVERVIEW:

Echinacea, also known as purple coneflower, is a member of the daisy family and is one of the most widely known herbs in American herbalism. Mild flavored and palatable in teas, its main use is to support healthy immune function. Echinacea Angustifolia is rarer and some feel more effective than Echinacea Purpurea. Both species of Echinacea are loaded with antioxidants and are linked to many health benefits, such as reduced inflammation, improved immunity, and lower blood sugar levels.
