OVERVIEW:

Chimichurri Tango Blend is as zesty and spicy as any dance done out here in the Last Frontier. This seasoning is inspired by the traditional Argentinean sauce. This herbaceous spice pairs fantastically with steak, as well as grilled chicken and veggies and is used in many Latin dishes. Use it to bring lively flavor to everything from chicken, pork and vegetables to sauces, marinades and pasta. Transform eggs, tofu, cheese, grains, and bread. Rub the dry version on foods before roasting.

For dressing or marinade, mix 2 tbsp spice with 2-3 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp warm water, and 1/4 tsp wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar. If possible, keep in the refrigerator over-night because the longer you steep the mixture, the more accentuated the flavors will become.
