OVERVIEW:

Organic caraway seeds have a distinctive earthy anise flavor. They taste warm, bittersweet, spicy, and yet also slightly like orange peel. Caraway seeds are highly aromatic and pack a lot of punch for such tiny little seeds. These seeds are essential for soda bread, sauerkraut, and potato salad and are excellent with fatty meats like pork, duck, and goose.

 

Caraway seeds contain a wide variety of nutrients that can support optimal health. It is commonly used to help promote the production of milk in new mother's. It is also used in tea blends and tonics to help ease digestion.
