Whale's put on quite a show with their bubble-net feeding and with Adobe Lime Rub ~ A Whale's Tale, you will catch a zest of flavor essential to all of your Latin American dishes. This all-purpose seasoning with a burst of citrus is great for adding zip to dressings, guacamole, ceviche, marinades, sauces, soups, and stews. Generously rub your meats with this adobo seasoning and allow it to marinate overnight for a taste that’s irresistible. Add it to olive oil or vinegar and drizzle over a finished dish.

    • Ground spices and blends (nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric): 4 to 8 months
    • Herbs (basil, oregano, parsley): 1 to 2 years
    • Whole spices (cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon sticks): 4 years
    • Seeds: 4 years (except for poppy and sesame seeds, which should be discarded after 2 years)
    • Extracts: 4 years (except for vanilla, which will last forever)
